Where is Freedom of speech?

Why is the freedom of speech only for all the Gundas of Shivsena and MNS?
They can utter any bullshit about anyone may be Sachin, Ambani or SRK. They can ban their movies at will, can attack their properties. But when someone says anything sensible about the Thackerays, why all the hell breaks out and these goons come to streets and start burning buses. They start targeting any person with that name. Don’t we have any law and order in our country? Why does all the freedom lies with thugs.
At one side they don’t want to let the Australian cricketers to play in India because some unknown people are attacking Indians there. But what about the organized attacks by MNS and Shiv sena against our own fellow Indians. They beat the same people on the streets of Mumbai and Pune. But they become overly nationalistic, when we Indians are being attacked down under. The Issues are same, we Indians are taking the low profile jobs which no Australian is ready to do, as people from UP and Bihar are doing in Mumbai. Hate crimes cannot be justified in any civilized society, but why we have different approach against the same Issues.
At one side we talk about world as a global village whereas we can not accept India as single nation. We are still more a Bihari and a Marathi than an Indian.
